Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sarawak Tun Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud and wife Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Raghad Kurdi Taib donated 60 packs of ‘Nasi Arab’ (Arab rice) to Masjid At-Taqwa in Kampung Gita here, on Sunday.

The couple was represented by Raghad’s eldest son Nizar Mahdi at the simple presentation ceremony, where he was met by the mosque management representative Jaya Ahmad.

Witnessing this were the Head of State’s private secretary Junih Salleh Ahmad and Religious Affairs Officer of Astana Negeri Sarawak, Ahmad Zamri Shah Mohamad Jeman.
