ACCCIS president attends T’ganu Chinese Chamber’s 78th anniversary do

Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sarawak (ACCCIS) president Dato Tan Jit Kee recently a ended a gala dinner in Kuala Terengganu to mark the 78th anniversary of the Terengganu Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCCI).

According to a press statement, the event also marked the 17th anniversary of TCCCI’s Youth Commi ee.

Tan, who is also Kuching Chinese General Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCGCCI) president, congratulated TCCCI president Tan Sri Dato Low Kian Chuan on his appointment as Dewan Negara Senator.

Low, who is also Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) president, is the first Chinese Chamber leader to be appointed as a member of the Senate.

Tan was the first Chinese Chamber president to arrive in Terengganu to extend his well wishes to Low.

During his visit, Tan also extended an invitation to Low and ACCCIM’s constituent members to a end KCGCCI’s 133rd anniversary gala dinner, ACCCIM’s 77th annual general meeting, and the 12th Young Entrepreneurs Conference of ACCCIM from July 6 to 8.

Among those in Tan’s delegation was ACCCIS Digital Economy Commi ee chairman Rodger Chan Siong Boh, who is also the working chairman for KCGCCI’s 133rd anniversary celebration.
